🇰🇷 이용약관 (한국어)
본 이용약관(이하 "약관")은 UniCat Studio(이하 "개발자")가 제공하는 모바일 게임 MathHero(수학용사)(이하 "본 앱")의 이용 조건을 규정합니다. 본 앱을 설치·이용함으로써 사용자는 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
1. 이용 허락
개발자는 사용자에게 본 앱을 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 이용할 수 있는 양도 불가능한 한정적 권리를 부여합니다. 사용자는 본 앱을 역설계·복제·배포하거나 부정한 방법으로 이용해서는 안 됩니다.
2. 인앱 구매 및 가상 아이템
- 본 앱은 골드·보석·에너지·광고 제거 등 유료 인앱 상품을 제공합니다.
- 게임 내 가상 재화 및 아이템은 현실의 금전적 가치가 없으며, 환금·양도·교환할 수 없습니다.
- 결제·환불은 Apple App Store 및 Google Play의 정책과 관련 법령(전자상거래법 등)에 따릅니다. 환불 요청은 각 스토어를 통해 진행됩니다.
- '광고 제거' 등 비소비성 상품은 동일 스토어 계정에서 복원할 수 있습니다.
3. 사용자의 의무
사용자는 본 앱 이용 시 관련 법령을 준수해야 하며, 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 치팅, 메모리/데이터 변조, 비정상적 방법으로 게임 결과를 조작하는 행위
- 서비스 운영을 방해하거나 타인의 이용을 방해하는 행위
- 개발자 또는 제3자의 지식재산권을 침해하는 행위
4. 지식재산권
본 앱과 그 콘텐츠(그래픽·사운드·코드·캐릭터 등)에 대한 모든 권리는 개발자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 본 약관은 사용자에게 그 어떤 지식재산권도 이전하지 않습니다.
5. 서비스의 변경 및 중단
개발자는 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경·중단할 수 있습니다. 무료로 제공되는 서비스의 변경·중단에 대해 개발자는 관련 법령이 정한 경우를 제외하고 책임을 지지 않습니다.
6. 보증의 부인
본 앱은 "있는 그대로(as is)" 제공되며, 개발자는 본 앱이 오류 없이 중단 없이 작동함을 보증하지 않습니다.
7. 책임의 제한
관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서, 개발자는 본 앱 이용으로 발생하는 간접적·부수적·결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
8. 이용 제한 및 해지
사용자가 본 약관을 위반하는 경우, 개발자는 사전 통지 없이 이용을 제한하거나 종료할 수 있습니다. 사용자는 언제든지 본 앱을 삭제하여 이용을 종료할 수 있습니다.
9. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 본 앱 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 관련 법령에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.
10. 약관의 변경
개발자는 필요 시 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경 시 본 페이지를 통해 고지합니다. 변경 후 계속 이용 시 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

🇺🇸 Terms of Service (English)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game MathHero (the "App") provided by UniCat Studio ("we", "us", or "Developer"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or misuse the App by improper means.
2. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items
- The App offers paid in-app products such as gold, gems, energy, and ad removal.
- In-game virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or exchanged.
- Payments and refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play and applicable law. Refund requests are handled through the respective store.
- Non-consumable products such as "Remove Ads" can be restored on the same store account.
3. User Obligations
You must comply with applicable law when using the App and must not:
- Cheat, tamper with memory/data, or manipulate game results by abnormal means
- Interfere with the operation of the service or other users' enjoyment
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of the Developer or third parties
4. Intellectual Property
All rights to the App and its content (graphics, sound, code, characters, etc.) belong to the Developer or its licensors. These Terms transfer no intellectual property rights to you.
5. Changes & Discontinuation
We may modify or discontinue all or part of the service. Except where required by law, we are not liable for changes to or discontinuation of services provided free of charge.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is", and we do not warrant that it will operate error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Suspension & Termination
If you violate these Terms, we may restrict or terminate your use without prior notice. You may end your use at any time by deleting the App.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes relating to the App will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as needed and will post material changes on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
