UniCat Studio(이하 "개발자")는 모바일 게임 MathHero(수학용사)(이하 "본 앱")를 이용하는 사용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 본 앱이 어떤 정보를 수집하고 어떻게 이용·보호하는지 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
개발자는 사용자에게 직접 이름·연락처 등을 요청하지 않습니다. 다만 본 앱 및 제3자 서비스(SDK)를 통해 다음 정보가 자동으로 수집·처리될 수 있습니다.

4. 광고
본 앱은 보상형 광고를 제공하며, 광고 사업자는 맞춤형 광고를 위해 광고 식별자 등을 이용할 수 있습니다. 사용자는 기기 설정에서 맞춤형 광고를 제한하거나 광고 식별자를 재설정할 수 있습니다(iOS: 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적 / Android: 설정 > 개인정보 > 광고). iOS에서는 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 동의를 거부할 수 있습니다.
5. 보유 및 파기

- 삭제 범위: 클라우드에 저장된 게임 진행 데이터, 구매 이력 기록, 계정 식별자가 영구 삭제됩니다. 삭제 후에는 복구할 수 없습니다.
- 처리 기한: 요청 접수 후 관련 법령에 따라 지체 없이(통상 30일 이내) 처리하며, 완료 시 회신드립니다.
8. 정보의 안전성 확보
개발자는 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS) 등 합리적인 보호조치를 적용합니다. 다만 인터넷 전송의 완전한 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다.
9. 국외 이전
이용하는 제3자 서비스(Unity 등)의 서버가 국외에 위치할 수 있으며, 이 경우 정보가 국외에서 처리될 수 있습니다.

UniCat Studio ("we", "us", or "Developer") respects the privacy of users of the mobile game MathHero (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used and protected.
1. Information We Collect
We do not ask you for personal details such as your name or contact information. However, the following information may be automatically collected and processed by the App and third-party services (SDKs):

4. Advertising

5. Retention & Deletion
We retain information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described, and delete it without undue delay thereafter. Cloud-saved data is deleted upon your request.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not primarily directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14, and will delete such information promptly if we become aware of it.
7. Your Rights (Account & Data Deletion Requests)
You may request access to your personal information, or deletion of your game account and associated data.
- How to request: Email unicatgamestudio@gmail.com with the subject "MathHero Account Deletion Request". Including the user ID shown in the app's settings screen (or your linked Google account info) helps us process it faster.
- What is deleted: Cloud-saved game progress, purchase history records, and account identifiers are permanently deleted. Deletion cannot be undone.
- Timeline: Requests are processed without undue delay (typically within 30 days) in accordance with applicable law, and we will confirm by reply once complete.
8. Security
We apply reasonable safeguards such as encryption in transit (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
9. International Transfers
Servers of the third-party services we use (such as Unity) may be located outside your country, and your information may be processed abroad.
10. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in law or our services. Material changes will be posted on this page.
