Q. 구매한 상품(광고 제거 등)이 사라졌어요.
설정 화면의 '구매 복원'을 눌러주세요. 동일한 스토어 계정으로 로그인되어 있어야 복원됩니다.
Q. 게임 진행도가 사라졌어요.
진행도는 클라우드에 자동 저장됩니다. 같은 계정으로 접속했는지 확인해 주세요. 그래도 문제가 있으면 위 이메일로 문의해 주세요.
Q. 에너지는 어떻게 회복되나요?
에너지는 시간이 지나면 자동으로 회복됩니다. 상점에서 보석으로 즉시 충전할 수도 있습니다.
Q. 광고가 보고 싶지 않아요.
상점의 '광고 제거' 상품을 구매하면 모든 광고가 제거되고, 보상은 그대로 지급됩니다.
Q. 환불하고 싶어요.

Q. My purchase (e.g., Remove Ads) disappeared.
Tap "Restore Purchases" in the Settings screen. You must be signed in with the same store account.
Q. My game progress is gone.
Progress is automatically saved to the cloud. Please make sure you are signed in with the same account. If the problem persists, contact us at the email above.
Q. How does energy recover?
Energy recovers automatically over time. You can also refill it instantly with gems in the shop.
Q. I don't want to see ads.
Purchase the "Remove Ads" product in the shop to remove all ads while still receiving your rewards.
Q. I want a refund.
In-app purchase refunds are handled according to Apple App Store policy. Please request one at Apple's "Report a Problem" page (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Q. I want my data deleted.
